Research on Scientific and Technological Innovation Activities under the Concept of OBE

Abstract: The concept of Outcoming-Based Education (OBE) was firstly proposed in the 1990s, and has an extension application in the training program for undergraduates. This paper proposes some suggestions and considerations according to the issues existed in the scientific and technological innovation, including the planning of practical courses, participation in science and technology competitions, the participation in scientific research projects and the engagement of professional teachers. It can make the science and technology innovation become better and better in an order way and promote the training of the innovation ability of students.
