Study on the Problems and Solutions of the Temporary Job Training for Teachers in Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, new requirements have been put forward for the development of professional teachers to realize the integration and transformation between higher education and vocational education. Colleges and universities gradually carry out and implement the mechanism of professional teachers' training in enterprises. This paper takes Jiangxi Taihao animation college as an example to explore the problems and solutions of higher vocational teachers during their tenure in the enterprise.
