Abstract: Based on the concept of "learning reform", the construction of intelligent learning information platform and learning environment can enable students to realize online learning through computers or mobile terminals, and realize the informatization of learning process, which is conducive to the construction and improvement of learning quality assurance system. Through the collection and analysis of large educational data, it can play the role of decision support, guidance demonstration and learning support for the reform of learning quality evaluation, and promote effective teaching and appropriate education. The construction of learning quality assurance system and the reform of evaluation methods can stimulate students' learning drive, provide timely information feedback, promote the "diagnostic reform" at the student level, and better achieve the goal of improving the quality of personnel training.
