Abstract: With the continuous promotion of the reform of college entrance examination, the career planning of senior high school students is particularly important. Senior high school students must face the challenge of modern society, carry out early planning, establish their own goals, carry out preliminary career planning, and continue to advance according to their own interests and plans, which is in line with the requirements of social development. As high school teachers, we should aim at the background of the current college entrance examination reform, constantly guide students' psychological and career planning to a certain extent, help students to establish a more consistent with their own goals of planning and construction, and promote the healthy development of high school students' career.
