Research and Practice of "Medical-education Synergy" Innovative Education Model for Chinese Medicine

Abstract: "Medical-educational collaboration" refers to the way in which schools, governments, and medical institutions work together to provide ideas for cultivating medical talents and at the same time provide guarantees for medical students to be competent. This article will analyze and research the innovative mode of "education and education collaboration" of Chinese medicine majors, mainly exploring the current situation and needs of the cultivation of contemporary medical students, and based on this, propose ways to train talents, hoping to provide reference value for relevant workers.
