Abstract: Private colleges and universities are one of the components of ordinary colleges and universities. With the reform and development of new curriculum standards, China's colleges and universities also closely follow the pace of education reform, changing the traditional education model, colleges and universities also pay more attention to strengthen the construction of teachers. If private universities want to establish distinctive teaching, they must have a strong faculty. Therefore, this paper will explore the factors influencing the career development of PE teachers in private colleges and universities from the perspective of their career development.
