Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of the new normal of on-the-job education, this paper takes the current situation of talent training in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Xinjiang Higher Vocational Colleges as the research content, discusses the main problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Xinjiang Higher Vocational Colleges, and on this basis, clearly points out the specific countermeasures, speeds up the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education of Xinjiang Higher Vocational Colleges, and advances "well, fast and stably" The development process of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
