Abstract: Under the impact of universities transformation and development, the problems of total quantity, structure, quality and ability of logistics management teachers have become increasingly prominent. The contradiction between the construction of teaching staff and the strategic planning of school development needs to be solved urgently. Based on this, in the context of the transformation and development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper takes the construction of "two teachers and two abilities" of logistics management as the starting point Starting from the specific problems faced, this paper puts forward the construction path of "double teachers and double abilities" teaching staff.
