Abstract: The background of new college entrance examination and the first-class construction of higher education in our country puts forward higher requirements of educational quality, and the subject construction of colleges and universities. Professional structure and training mode are challenged to this background. Private colleges would like to attract more students with high quality, achieve comprehensive competitiveness, is an urgent need to change traditional mode to speed up the construction of college students' career planning education teaching mode, which can be reversed transmission from the student level to promote teaching quality, the discipline construction and talent cultivation.
