Abstract: In the critical stage of college students' psychological development, there is often a kind of morbid psychological state. Students in this psychological state always deny themselves in order to please others, even pay their own time and energy. At this time, the college students will be very tired, and constantly suppress their emotions to make themselves confused. On the surface, they have a harmonious relationship with others, but in fact, they have fallen into the abyss of psychology. Colleges and universities should take the responsibility of treating the obsessive-compulsive disorder of college students. Colleges and universities should develop psychological guidance courses for such groups. College counselors should also actively guide students to change the existing state. As college students themselves, they should also be aware of the harm and develop strict change methods to treat themselves.
