Abstract: Literature is a humanities subject that re-accumulates, restores, and reedifies. Private colleges and universities cultivate applied talents in Chinese language and literature majors, and let the applied teaching not lose the purpose of artistic aesthetics and emotional cultivation. Instead of applying to form and ignoring the application of connotation, this is a problem that needs to be solved. To solve this problem, it is necessary for teachers to take a broad social perspective and lead the teaching of literary knowledge and the cultivation of professional knowledge of Chinese language and literature students to broad social needs. To achieve this, the combination of cultural creativity and literature curriculum teaching is a road to be explored and promising.
