Abstract: With the change of the market employment situation, the post-90s college graduates not only have slow employment speed, but also have great deviation in the quality of employment. In the new era, college employment guidance teachers should help students to establish a correct view of employment through effective ways. At the same time, they should strengthen the work of employment guidance for students, innovate the mode of employment guidance, and provide more high-quality employment guidance services for students, so as to better promote the high-quality employment of college students.
