Abstract: Under the new normal situation, the economic and corresponding social structure needs to be transformed and upgraded. It needs a lot of high quality talents such as postgraduates.With the expansion of graduate enrollment and the change of value orientation of graduates, the problem of graduate employment has become increasingly difficult and prominent. How to solve this contradiction In the paper, a normal university in Hubei as an sample, the new characteristics and trends of graduate employment are analyzed, and the countermeasures are proposed, to find the way to adapt to social economy development.
