Research on the Professional Training Strategy of College Management Personnel in the New Period

Abstract: The new curriculum reform work in high efficient area over the years have made some significant breakthrough, especially in the aspect of personnel management, further specialization is one of the main development direction of university innovation reform work, for professional training of management personnel in the university, how to from the moral and service consciousness of college personnel to improve its own innovation ability is the important content of the current development. For the current management personnel of most colleges and universities in China, there is a general lack of innovation ability and professional quality, which leads to a qualitative breakthrough in the management of colleges and universities. How to become the innovative training of university management personnel in the new period to start with analysis and research, so as to put forward some countermeasures for the reference of relevant staff.
