Research on "1+1+N" Team Tutorial System to Improve Undergraduate Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability in Finance Major

Abstract: In view of the new requirements for financial professionals in the context of new economic era, by analysing the training objectives of financial majors local application-oriented colleges and universities explores "1+1+N" team tutorial system which include one theoretical tutor, one empirical tutor, and one empirical tutor and some students majoring in finance, and analyses possible problems so as to study the guiding significance of "1+1+N" training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in finance major combined with specific training methods and effects, and a result, realizes the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability based on practical ability.
