摘要: 随着电子信息与集成电路产业的快速发展,半导体专业课程教学的重要性日益凸显,尤其是在芯片国产化需求日益迫切的背景下,作为半导体领域核心的微电子和集成电路等学科,其教学改革愈发紧迫。为培养高等院校半导体专业人才的国际视野和能力素养,该文针对本硕贯通课程半导体物理与器件课程双语教学中存在的问题,基于混合式教学理念,探索了微课模块的设计、制作与应用,受到学生的广泛欢迎。

Abstract: With the rapid development of electronic information and integrated circuits, the importance of semiconductor professional course teaching has become increasingly prominent. Especially in the context of the increasingly urgent demand for chip localization, the teaching reform of disciplines such as microelectronics and integrated circuits, which are the core of the semiconductor field, has become more urgent. In order to cultivate the international perspective and competence of semiconductor professionals in universities, the instructors of the integrated bachelor and master course semiconductor physics and devices have addressed issues in bilingual teaching. Based on a new concept of blended learning, they have explored the design, preparation, and application of “micro-lecture” modules, which have been widely welcomed by students.
