摘要: 传统戏剧表演专业教学模式存在教学理念滞后、人才培养与市场需求脱节等问题。基于此,该文以探索戏剧表演专业教学创新路径为目标,剖析其基于“艺术+科技”理念转型的必要性,系统梳理教学模式面临的观念传统、师资短缺等挑战,并针对性提出构建跨学科课程体系、创新教学方法、打造“双师型”师资队伍等解决方案,提出产学研协同、数字化资源建设等实践路径,推动戏剧表演专业教学质量提升。

Abstract: The traditional teaching mode of drama performance major has exposed problems such as outdated teaching concepts and a disconnect between talent cultivation and market demand. Based on this, this study aims to explore innovative teaching paths for drama performance majors, analyze the necessity of the transformation of the “art+technology” concept, systematically sort out the challenges faced by teaching models such as conceptual constraints and teacher shortages, and propose targeted solutions such as building interdisciplinary curriculum systems, innovating teaching methods, and creating a dual teacher teacher team. Propose practical paths such as collaboration between production, academia, and research, and digital resource construction to promote the improvement of teaching quality in the field of drama performance.
