摘要: 传统医学微生物学实验教学受限于教学课时、过程不确定以及时空条件等因素,导致课堂教学效果不理想,学生学习积极性不高。近年来,虚拟仿真、第二课堂等新兴教学方法逐渐被人们广泛接受。该文以传统医学微生物学实验教学的局限性为切入点,围绕“虚拟仿真+第二课堂”教学模式融入医学微生物学实验教学环节,从剖析问题根源、建立实施路径、预期成效评价3个维度,系统阐明开展“虚拟仿真+第二课堂”教学模式的必要性与重要意义,同时对未来医学微生物学实验教学发展方向进行了展望,以期为临床医学微生物学实验教学改革提供新思路。

Abstract: Traditional medical microbiology experiment teaching is constrained by factors such as limited class hours, procedural unpredictability, and spatiotemporal restrictions, leading to suboptimal classroom outcomes and low student engagement. In recent years, emerging pedagogical approaches like virtual simulation and extracurricular platforms have gained prominence in classroom instruction. This paper takes the limitations of traditional medical microbiology experimental teaching as the starting point, focusing on the integration of the“virtual simulation+second classroom”teaching model into the medical microbiology laboratory curriculum. From three perspectives-analyzing the root causes of problems, establishing implementation pathways, and evaluating expected outcomes-it systematically elucidates the necessity and significance of adopting the“virtual simulation+second classroom”teaching approach. Additionally, it explores future directions for medical microbiology experimental teaching, aiming to provide new insights for advancing the reform of clinical microbiology laboratory education.
