Abstract: Under the background of the integrated development between new liberal arts and new engineering, talent cultivation in application-oriented communication universities faces an urgent need to enhance both practical capabilities and innovative thinking. This paper takes the practical teaching of Liaoning Communication University as the research object and constructs an innovative path for talent cultivation in application-oriented communication universities through the“exhibition, competition, performance, and broadcasting”. The study shows that this system effectively improves students'practical abilities and innovative literacy through industry-education integration, project-based teaching, and customized training, providing a replicable reform paradigm for similar institutions.
