摘要: 该文聚焦新质生产力背景下智能审计人才培养的现实挑战,以产教融合为核心路径,系统探讨复合型审计人才的培养策略:针对当前存在的问题,提出促进技术应用和理论教学深度融合、强化“双师型”教师队伍建设、构建校企协同育人机制三项优化措施,同时强调政策支持与制度创新是产教融合落地的核心支撑,培养模式的动态调整机制是应对技术变革与市场需求的关键保障;通过前瞻性课程设计、跨学科协同及动态调整模式,可有效提升人才的综合能力与行业适配性,培养高素质智能审计人才。

Abstract: This article focuses on the practical challenges of cultivating intelligent audit talents under the background of new quality productivity. With the integration of industry and education as the core path, it systematically explores the training strategies for composite audit talents. In response to the current problems, it proposes three optimization measures: promoting the deep integration of technology application and theoretical teaching, strengthening the construction of a“dual teacher”teaching team, and building a school enterprise collaborative education mechanism. At the same time, it emphasizes that policy support and institutional innovation are the core support for the implementation of industry education integration, and the dynamic adjustment mechanism of training mode is the key guarantee for responding to technological changes and market demand; Through forward-looking curriculum design, interdisciplinary collaboration, and dynamic adjustment models, it is possible to effectively enhance the comprehensive abilities and industry adaptability of talents, and cultivate high-quality intelligent audit talents.
