摘要: 与“一带一路”沿线国家的能源合作亟需具备跨文化协作能力的国际化油气人才。新疆依托区位与地质资源优势成为重要培养基地。针对传统地质实习中存在的语言障碍、术语转换困难及团队协作缺失等问题,中国石油大学(北京)克拉玛依校区构建中外学生互嵌式学习环境:混合编队配备多语种志愿者,融入企业标准化流程;设置背斜分析、双语汇报等任务,强化跨文化沟通;结合沉浸式工作坊与文化互动,深化文化认同。自2019至2024年,国际生参与规模持续扩大,有88.89%的学员来自“一带一路”沿线国家的能源高校,部分学员明确表达了留华就业意向,实习成果获主流媒体报道,为输送“专业+文化”复合型人才提供可复制路径。

Abstract: The energy cooperation under“The Belt and Road”Initiative (BRI) urgently demands international oil and gas talents with cross-cultural collaboration capabilities. Xinjiang, leveraging its geographical advantages and geological resources, has become a pivotal training base. To address challenges in traditional geological fieldwork, such as language barriers, terminology conversion difficulties, and lack of team collaboration scenarios, the Karamay Campus of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) has established an interconnected learning environment for Chinese and international students. Key measures include forming mixed teams with multilingual volunteers, integrating industry-standard workflows, and designing tasks like anticline analysis and bilingual reporting tasks to enhance cross-cultural communication, immersive workshops and cultural interactions deepen technical and cultural identification. From 2019 to 2024, the program has expanded significantly, with 88.89% of participants from BRI energy universities and some expressing intention to study/work in China. Covered by major media outlets, this model offers a replicable pathway for cultivating“expertise + cultural”composite talents.
