“德技并修”视域下高职婴幼儿托育专业实践育人路径探析

摘要: “德技并修”是新时代托育人才培养的核心要求,但高职婴幼儿托育专业的课程体系存在“德技分离”、教师“德技并育”能力不强、政策标准要求笼统、校企协同深度不足等问题。高职院校可以实践育人作为有效抓手,通过优化课程体系、强化实践环节、创新育人载体、完善评价机制,同步提升托育专业学生的职业技能与素养,构建系统化的“德技并修”实践育人模式。

Abstract: The cultivation of child care service and management in the new era emphasizes the integration of moral character and professional skills. However, it still face several constraints in the child care service and management major in vocational colleges, including“separation of moral and technical training”within the curriculum, insufficient faculty capacity for“integrated moral-skill education”, vague policy standards, and a lack of in-depth industry-academia collaboration. Practical higher vocational institutions can adopt practical education as an effective approach, optimizing curricula, enhancing practical training, innovating educational methods, and improving evaluation mechanism to simultaneously boosts students'vocational skills and ethical standards, establishing a systematic practical education model for“morality and skill cultivation”.
