摘要: 坚持“以学生为中心”的理念,对新时代高校职业生涯发展与就业指导课程建设进行研究,有利于提升高校人才培养质量。该文首先探讨了高校职业生涯发展与就业指导课程建设过程中存在的问题,然后提出“以学生为中心”理念下,职业生涯发展与就业指导课程建设要从教学设计上开展实践探索,一是坚持“以学生为中心”设定课程目标,二是坚持“以学生为中心”专研教学过程,三是坚持“以学生为中心”完善教学评价。

Abstract: Adhering to the concept of“student-centered”and conducting research on the construction of career development and employment guidance courses in universities under the background of the new era is conducive to improving the quality of talent cultivation in universities. This article first explores the problems in the construction of career development and employment guidance courses in universities, and then proposes that under the concept of“student-centered”, the construction of career development and employment guidance courses should be explored through practical teaching design. Firstly, adhere to the“student-centered”setting of course objectives. Secondly, adhere to the“student-centered”specialized research teaching process. Thirdly, adhere to the “student-centered”improvement of teaching evaluation.
