摘要: 随着新材料产业的快速发展及国家战略实施对高层次创新人才要求的不断提高,传统材料学研究生培养模式面临严峻挑战。该文针对当前培养模式中导师指导单一、课程体系滞后、理论与实践脱节等突出问题,构建了以“团队筑基—课程重构—项目驱动”为核心的材料学研究生“三位一体”培养模式,旨在通过系统化改革,打通各培养环节壁垒,为地方高校研究生教育改革提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the new materials industry and the increasing demand for high-level innovative talents driven by the implementation of national strategic, traditional graduate training models in materials science are facing severe challenges. In response to prominent issues such as single-supervisor guidance, outdated curriculum systems, and the disconnection between theory and practice, this paper proposes a“trinity”training model for materials science graduate students, centered on“team-based foundation-curriculum restructuring-project-driven approach”. Through systematic reform, the model aims to break down barriers between training components and provide a reference for graduate education reform in local universities.
