Exploration and Practice of the “Artificial Intelligence + X” Interdisciplinary Talent Training Model from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要: 人工智能已成为新型产业融合集群增长的重要引擎,各行业对人工智能应用型人才的需求日益迫切。然而,现阶段高职院校存在人工智能赋能产业师资薄弱、实训匮乏等问题。该文聚焦产教融合背景下“人工智能+ X”复合型人才培养,提出构建跨学科课程体系、强化“外引内培”师资团队建设、打造“产学研训创”一体化实践基地、建立全周期效果追踪反馈机制等优化策略,致力于突破学科壁垒,实现技术链与人才链无缝对接,为行业培养兼具人工智能技术与多领域应用能力的复合型人才,推动职业教育与产业协同创新发展。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence has become an important engine for the growth of new industrial integration clusters, and the demand for AI applied talents in various industries is becoming increasingly urgent. However, at present, vocational colleges have problems such as weak teaching staff and lack of practical training in the AI enabled industry. This article focuses on the cultivation of“artificial intelligence + X”composite talents under the background of industry education integration, proposing optimization strategies such as building an interdisciplinary curriculum system, strengthening the construction of“external introduction and internal training”faculty team, creating an integrated practice base for“industry university research training and innovation”, and establishing a full cycle effect tracking and feedback mechanism. It is committed to breaking through disciplinary barriers, achieving seamless integration between technology chain and talent chain, cultivating composite talents with both artificial intelligence technology and multi field application capabilities for the industry, and promoting the coordinated innovation and development of vocational education and industry.
