Digital Transformation of Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Education under the Guidance of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incentives

摘要: 在新时代教育数字化战略与创新创业教育协同推进的背景下,高校人才培养面临资源碎片化、培养精准度不高等问题。该文构建“创新激励—技术赋能—精准培养”三元联动理论模型,系统阐释创新创业激励机制如何通过优化资源配置,驱动人才培养要素的数字化重构;在此基础上,提出以创新创业激励为驱动的生态化资源整合范式与“四维精准”培养机制,旨在破解当前高校数字化转型资源错配的难题,推动人才培养与创新创业教育协同提质增效,为新时代复合型人才培养提供理论支撑与实践路径。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the coordinated advancement of national education digitalization strategies and innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) education in the new era, higher education institutions face practical challenges such as fragmented educational resources and insufficient precision in talent cultivation. This study proposes a ternary linkage theoretical model, “innovation incentivization-technology empowerment-precision cultivation”, to systematically elucidate how I&E-driven incentive mechanisms optimize resource allocation and thereby catalyze the digital reconstruction of key elements in talent development. Building on this framework, the paper introduces an ecological paradigm for resource integration centered on I&E incentives, along with a“four-dimensional precision”cultivation mechanism. The aim is to address the persistent issue of resource misalignment in the current digital transformation of universities, foster synergistic enhancement between general talent development and I&E education, and ultimately offer both theoretical grounding and actionable pathways for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in the new era.
