Research on the Optimization of Academic Quality Evaluation System for Physical Education Courses in Colleges and Universities under the Guidance of Core Literacy

摘要: 核心素养导向下高校体育课程学业质量评价改革是落实立德树人根本任务,助力高校体育教育高质量发展的重要抓手。该文以高校体育学科核心素养培育为核心视角,剖析当前高校体育课程学业质量评价存在的评价理念滞后、评价内容单一化、评价方式固化等问题,然后提出针对性优化策略,聚焦“运动能力、健康行为、体育品德”三维评价核心内容,提出革新评价理念,树立素养导向育人观;优化评价内容与方式,构建多元评价模式;完善评价实施,推动评价体系落地见效;健全保障体系,筑牢评价改革长效根基的优化路径。

Abstract: The reform of academic quality evaluation of physical education courses in universities under the guidance of core literacy is an important lever to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, and to promote the high-quality development of physical education in universities. This article takes the cultivation of core competencies in physical education disciplines in universities as the core perspective, analyzes the problems of lagging evaluation concepts, single evaluation content, and fixed evaluation methods in the current evaluation of academic quality in physical education courses in universities, and then proposes targeted optimization strategies, focusing on the three-dimensional evaluation core content of“sports ability, healthy behavior, and sports morality”, proposing innovative evaluation concepts, and establishing a competency oriented education concept; optimize evaluation content and methods, and construct a diversified evaluation model; improve the implementation of evaluation and promote the effective implementation of the evaluation system; establish a sound security system and build an optimized path for evaluating the long-term foundation of reform.
