摘要: 该文对基于PAD(对分课堂)的“三步骤六环节”教学模式在金融学类课程中的实施和效果进行分析:首先对PAD教学模式的理论基础及应用现状进行介绍,并将其与其他教学模式进行对比,在PAD模式教理基础上提出“三步骤六环节”的创新型教学模式;之后基于金融学课程的教学实践,对该模式实施的效果进行阐述。研究结果显示:该模式能够帮助教师实现从“讲授者”到“引导者”的角色转变,有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生的自主学习能力与团队协作能力,增强师生互动。

Abstract: This article analyzes the implementation effectiveness of the“three-step six link”teaching model based on PAD (Presentation Assistance Discussion) in finance courses. Firstly, the theoretical basis and current application status of PAD teaching mode were introduced, and it was compared with other teaching modes. On the basis of PAD mode teaching theory, an innovative teaching mode of“three-step six-link”is proposed. Finally, based on the teaching practice of the finance course, the expected effects of implementing this model were elaborated. The research results show that this model can help teachers transition from the role of“lecturer”to“guide”, while effectively stimulating students'interest in learning, improving their self-learning ability and teamwork ability, and effectively enhancing teacher-student interaction and classroom participation.
