摘要: 高职学前教育专业能够培养学生的教学实践能力,有利于提升未来幼儿园教师队伍质量,但学生的教学实践能力需要通过实践教学来内化和提升。该文分析当前高职学前教育专业实践教学存在的问题,提出通过完善教学目标体系、优化教学内容、拓展校企合作深度、重塑多元互动评价等路径优化实践教学,从而提升学生教学实践能力培养的有效性。

Abstract: Cultivating students'teaching practice ability in higher vocational preschool education programs is conducive to improving the quality of future kindergarten teacher teams. Students'teaching practice ability needs to be internalized and enhanced through practical teaching. This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the current practical teaching of higher vocational preschool education programs and propose optimizing practical teaching through such paths as improving the teaching objective system, refining teaching content, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, and reconstructing multi-dimensional interactive evaluation, so as to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating students'teaching practice ability.
