摘要: 随着数智化时代的到来,艺术类院校毕业生就业面临着新的挑战,艺术类院校应该积极应对新形态,着眼于新时代就业服务工作的创造性转化和创新性发展,深入开展数智化转型驱动的艺术类院校学生高质量就业策略研究。该文聚焦数智化背景下艺术类院校学生高质量就业的意义、现状和存在问题,提出“二元理念、四重维度”转型策略,“二元理念”为“数智技术+就业教育”,“四重维度”包括健全工作机制、坚持就业育人、产教融合培养、强化数智服务,助力艺术类院校就业服务工作的开展,面对新形势下就业服务工作的新变化、新要求,多元立体化地实现艺术类院校毕业生高质量就业。

Abstract: With the advent of the digital age, graduates from art colleges are facing new challenges for employment. Art colleges should actively respond to new forms, focus on the creative transformation and innovative development of employment services in the new era, and conduct in-depth research on high-quality employment strategies driven by digital transformation in art colleges. This article focuses on the meaning, current status, and existing problems of high-quality employment in art colleges under the background of digitalization, and proposes a transformation strategy of“dual concept, four dimensions”. The“dual concept”is“digital intelligence technology + employment education”, and the“four dimensions”include improving work mechanisms, adhering to employment education, integrating production and education, strengthening digital intelligence services, and assisting the development of employment services in art colleges. In the face of new changes and requirements in employment services under the new situation, it is necessary to achieve high-quality employment for graduates from art colleges in a diversified and three-dimensional manner.
