Research on the Reconstruction Path of the Industry-Education Integration Ecosystem Driven by New Quality Productive Forces—Case Study of Shanghai Business School's Practical Exploration

摘要: 在新质生产力驱动下,产教融合作为提升教育质量的关键机制,亟须系统重构。该文以上海商学院为例,分析其构建产教融合生态系统的实践路径。学校通过顶层设计,确立“专业群对接产业链”原则,建设现代产业学院集群和技能大赛基地,推动校企深度合作;依托“五共”协同模式,实现方案共定、资源共建、师资共培、就业共担和评价共享,精准匹配产业对人才的需求;在技术方面,依托AI和大数据打造“S·AI”虚拟辅导平台,创新“认知—专业—毕业”三阶段实践体系,形成智能育人新模式。实践显示:学校在人才培养、产学合作及制度建设方面取得显著成效,形成新的生态优化模型,为应用型高校深化产教融合提供了理论与实践参考。

Abstract: Driven by new quality productive forces, industry-education integration, as a key mechanism for enhancing education quality, urgently requires systematic reconstruction. Taking Shanghai Business School as a case, this paper analyzes its practical approach to building an industry-education integration ecosystem. Through top-level design, the school establishes the principle of“professional clusters aligned with industry chains”, constructs modern industrial college clusters and skill competition bases, and promotes deep collaboration between schools and enterprises. Relying on the“five commons”collaborative model, it achieves joint planning, resource sharing, faculty co-training, shared employment responsibilities, and evaluation sharing, precisely matching talent cultivation with industry demands. In terms of technology, the school utilizes AI and big data to develop the “S·AI”virtual tutoring platform, innovating a three-stage practice system of“cognition-specialization-graduation”to form an intelligent talent development model. Practice shows that the school has achieved significant results in talent cultivation, industry-academia cooperation, and institutional development, forming a novel ecosystem optimization model that provides both theoretical and practical references for applied universities to deepen industry-education integration.
