摘要: 化工行业作为国民经济的支柱产业,面临着转型升级和高质量发展的迫切需求,培养一批具有扎实专业知识、较强实践技能、突出创新能力的高素质技术技能人才,是高职院校化工类专业的责任。该文立足新时代高职教育改革发展形势,分析了高职化工类专业创新拔尖人才培养的重要意义,剖析了创新型化工人才的关键特质,并从多个方面探讨了人才培养的策略,为新形势下高职化工类专业创新拔尖人才的培养提供参考。

Abstract: As a pillar industry of the national economy, the chemical industry is facing urgent needs for transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development. It is the responsibility of vocational colleges to cultivate a group of high-quality technical and skilled talents with solid professional knowledge, strong practical skills, and outstanding innovation ability in the chemical industry. This article is based on the reform and development situation of higher vocational education in the new era, analyzes the important significance of cultivating innovative and outstanding talents in chemical engineering majors in higher vocational education, dissects the key characteristics of innovative chemical engineering talents, and explores talent cultivation strategies from multiple aspects, providing reference for the cultivation of innovative and outstanding talents in chemical engineering majors in higher vocational education under the new situation.
