Research on Reform of Field Engineer Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 为贯彻教育部现场工程师专项培养计划,高职院校需对传统的现代学徒制人才培养模式进行改革和创新。传统现代学徒制培养模式存在企业参与动力不强、教学内容与岗位需求不一致、培养形式固定、教学模式滞后等不足。该文提出以新型现代学徒制为主要培养形式,构建校企合作机制,推进“岗课赛证”融合式人才培养,打造模拟真实工程情景的实训基地等改革措施,旨在培养理论扎实、实践能力突出的高素质现场工程师技能人才。

Abstract: In order to implement the special training plan of field engineers of the Ministry of Education, higher vocational colleges need to reform and innovate the training mode of traditional engineering and technical workers. The traditional talent training mode has some problems, such as disconnection between curriculum and industry demand, insufficient integration of science and practice, and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises. This paper proposes to take the new modern apprenticeship system as the main training form, build the cooperation mechanism of“school-enterprise community of destiny”, implement the integrated talent training mode of“post class competition certificate”, and build a real engineering scene training base, aiming at cultivating modern engineers with solid theory and outstanding practical ability.
