摘要: 在乡村振兴战略的背景下,农村发展亟须培养一批“懂技术、善经营、会管理”的高素质创新创业人才队伍。农林高职院校担负着人才培养的重要任务,在乡村振兴战略的实施中发挥着重要作用。该文分析了农林高职院校创新创业教育的意义和存在的问题,提出“四创融合”的大学生创新创业育人模式,通过“思创融合”“专创融合”“科创融合”“产创融合”,将大学生的思政教育、专业教育、科研训练、产业实践与创新创业教育深度融合,全面提升学生的创新创业能力。

Abstract: To implement the strategy of rural revitalization, it is necessary to cultivate a group of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents who are proficient in technology, good at business operation and capable of management. Agricultural and forestry higher education institutions undertake important tasks of talent cultivation and play a significant role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper analyzes the significance and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry, and puts forward the “four creative integration” innovation and entrepreneurship education model for college students. Through “ideology and innovative integration”, “specialized and innovation integration”, “scientific and innovation integration” and “production and innovation integration”, ideological and political education, professional education, scientific research training, industrial practice and innovation and entrepreneurship education are deeply integrated, which can comprehensively enhance students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
