摘要: 创新训练计划项目作为高校实践育人体系的核心载体,在深化高等教育改革中具有重要地位。自2015年起,南京工业大学在大学生创新训练计划项目实施过程中积极探索管理机制,形成了一套较为完整的管理模式;在项目实施过程中,以“学生中心”为基点,建立全流程管控机制;同时,将创新创业学分纳入人才培养方案的必修模块,通过制度性设计营造学术创新生态;此外,全面推行本科生导师制,通过学科前沿引导、科研方法培训、创新思维培养三维支撑,提升学生的科研实践能力,采用以“制度创新—过程管控—成果转化”为核心的创新人才培养典型范式,提升了学生的创新创业能力,为新时代高等教育实践教学改革提供了可复制的系统化方案。

Abstract: Innovative training programs, as the core carrier of the practical education system in universities, play an important role in deepening higher education reform. Since 2015, Nanjing Tech University has actively explored management mechanisms in the implementation of the college student innovation training program, forming a relatively complete management model. During the project implementation process, establish a full process control mechanism based on the “student center”. At the same time, incorporating innovation and entrepreneurship credits into the compulsory modules of talent training programs, and creating an academic innovation ecosystem through institutional design. In addition, the comprehensive implementation of the undergraduate mentorship system has provided three-dimensional support through guidance at the forefront of disciplines, training in scientific research methods, and cultivation of innovative thinking, enhancing students'research and practical abilities. Adopting the typical paradigm of innovative talent cultivation centered on “institutional innovation process control achievement transformation”, students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities have been enhanced, providing a replicable and systematic solution for the reform of practical teaching in higher education in the new era.
