摘要: 该文旨在探索构建一种以职业能力为核心的生物制造类高素质技术技能人才培养模式,以满足行业对高技能人才的需求。该文首先分析生物制造行业的职业能力要求,结合教育理论与实践,设计并实施了一套包括课程体系、实践教学、校企合作在内的综合培养模式。该模式有效提升了学生的职业技能和综合素质,增强了他们的就业竞争力,同时促进了生物制造行业的技术创新和产业升级。因此,基于职业能力的生物制造类高素质技术技能人才培养模式对于培养符合行业需求的高技能人才具有重要意义,值得进一步推广和应用。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore and construct a training mode of high-quality technical and skilled talents in bio-manufacturing industry with professional ability as the core, so as to meet the needs of the industry for high-skilled talents.This paper first analyzes the professional ability requirements of bio-manufacturing industry, combined with educational theory and practice, designs and implements a set of comprehensive training mode including curriculum system, practical teaching, school-enterprise cooperation. This model effectively improves students'vocational skills and comprehensive quality, enhances their employment competitiveness, and promotes technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the bio-manufacturing industry.Therefore, the training mode of high-quality technical and skilled talents in bio-manufacturing based on vocational ability is of great significance for training high-skilled talents to meet the needs of the industry, and it is worth further promotion and application.
