产业学院共建背景下的土建专业人才培养模式创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Talent Training Mode for Civil Engineering under the Background of Co-construction of Industrial Colleges

摘要: 南京交通职业技术学院与企业合作共建的中建工程产业学院,以双院长负责制为核心构建了校企协同管理机制;通过事业部驻点办公,实现了真实工程项目承接与教学任务的深度融合,形成“教育链—产业链—创新链”“三链联动”的育人生态。该学院依托“基础理论—入门实操—高阶实操”三阶培养体系,创新“足球式”跨年级项目团队协作模式,由校企双导师深度介入课程开发与项目验收,使实践教学过程与实际工作流程保持同频。经过3年的建设,产业学院构建了“教学相长、育训并举”的协同发展格局,为建筑业转型升级提供了可复制的校企协同育人范式。

Abstract: The China Construction Engineering Industry College, jointly established by Nanjing Vocational and Technical College of Transportation and enterprises, has established a school enterprise collaborative management mechanism with the dual dean responsibility system as the core; through the stationed office of the business unit, the deep integration of real engineering project undertaking and teaching tasks has been achieved, forming an educational ecosystem of“education chain industry chain innovation chain”and“three chain linkage”. The college relies on a three-level training system of“basic theory - introductory practical operation - advanced practical operation”, innovates the“football style”cross grade project team collaboration mode, and has dual mentors from schools and enterprises deeply involved in course development and project acceptance, ensuring that the practical teaching process is synchronized with the actual workflow. After three years of construction, the Industrial College has established a collaborative development pattern of“mutual growth of teaching and learning, and simultaneous development of education and training”, providing a replicable model of school enterprise collaborative education for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
