机器学习“贯通、融合、衔接”课程教学创新模式的探索

Exploration of the Teaching Innovation Mode of “Mastery, Integration and Cohesion” in Machine Learning

摘要: 针对机器学习传统教学中存在的“教与用”和“教与学”分离的问题,该文提出了以学生为中心、以教师为主导、以多层案例为驱动的先进教育理念,通过以学习通教学平台为实施工具,实现“线上+线下”的贯通、“理论+实践”的融合和“课内+课外”的衔接。研究结果表明:“理论—案例—实践”理论与实践相结合的教学模式提高了学生的实践能力,“课前—课堂—课后”的拓展课堂,促进了学生个性化的学习,实现了课程的精准教学,对提升机器学习课程的教学质量起到了积极促进的作用。

Abstract: :Aiming at the problem of the separation of“teaching and application”and“teaching and learning”in traditional teaching of Machine Learning, an advanced educational concept is proposed, which is student-centered, teacher led, and driven by multi-level cases. By utilizing the Learning Platform as an implementation tool, the integration of“online + offline”, the fusion of “theory+practice”, and the connection between“in class+out of class”can be achieved. The research results indicate that the coupling teaching mode of“theory-case-practice”theory and practice has improved students'hands-on practical ability; The extended classroom of“pre class-classroom-post class”has promoted personalized learning for students, achieved precise teaching of the course, and played a positive role in improving the teaching quality of the machine learning course.
