摘要/Abstract

摘要： 国家大力提倡工匠精神,在新时代工匠精神也拥有新的时代内涵,高校作为我国工匠精神培育的重要场所,在工匠精神培育的过程中还存在诸多问题,基于工匠精神培育的重要意义,本文从: 强化高校的工匠精神培育意识;丰富培育内容、创新培育方法;加强高校师资队伍的工匠精神培育三个方面阐述了高校工匠精神的培育的优化对策。

关键词: 工匠精神, 高校, 培育

Abstract: The country strongly advocates the spirit of craftsmanship, and also has a new era connotation in the new era. As an important place for the cultivation of craftsmanship in our country, there are still many problems in the process of craftsmanship cultivation. Based on the significance of the cultivation of craftsmanship, This article expounds the optimization countermeasures of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in colleges from three aspects: strengthening the awareness of fostering craftsmanship in colleges; enriching the cultivation content and innovating the cultivation methods; strengthening the cultivation of craftsmanship in college teachers.
