新商科背景下创新创业教育与经管类专业教育融合路径研究

Research on the Integration Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Economic and Management Education under the Background of New Business

摘要: 随着新商科理念的深入传播,创新创业教育与经管类专业教育的融合发展已成为必然趋势。该文通过分析民办高校在这一领域的现状,发现当前融合过程中存在诸多问题,包括“专创融合”课程设置不全面、教育体系不完善、师资队伍建设滞后等。基于此,该文从新商科视角出发,提出构建“三螺旋”融合机制、深化“专创融合”理念、强化“专创”师资融合深度的“专创融合”路径,旨在推动创新创业教育与经管类专业教育的有效融合,进一步提升民办高校经管类专业的人才培养质量与创新能力。

Abstract: With the deepening dissemination of the new business philosophy, the integration and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and economic and management professional education has become an inevitable trend. By analyzing the current situation of private colleges and universities in this field, this paper finds that there are many problems in the current integration process, including incomplete curriculum, imperfect education system, and lagging construction of teachers. Based on this, from the perspective of new business, this paper puts forward a path to construct a“three-spiral”integration mechanism, deepen the“integration of speciali zation and innovation”education concept, and strengthen the depth of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers, aiming to promote the effective integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and economic and management professional education, and further improve the quality of talent training and innovation ability of economic and management majors in private colleges and universities.
