基于企业实践流动站的高职“双师型”教师培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of “Double-Teacher” Teachers in Higher Vocational Education Based on Enterprise Practice Mobile Station

摘要: “双师型”教师队伍建设已经成为职业院校发展的关键性问题。教师企业实践流动站的建立为促进教师校企双向流动、推动教师在企业实践、培养“双师型”教师指出了新的方向和思路。然而,在职业院校教师队伍建设中“双师型”教师培养仍面临着一些问题,包括实践性培养不深入、内容设置与目标不符、培养模式简单、考核激励机制不健全等,基于此,该文从企业实践流动站建设的背景和实践出发,结合高职院校“双师型”教师培养现状,探讨了培养路径,以期提供有益参考。

Abstract: The construction of“double-qualified”teachers has become a key issue in the development of vocational colleges. The establishment of the teacher enterprise practice mobile station points out a new direction and ideas for promoting the two-way flow of teachers, promoting the practice of teacher enterprises and training“double-qualified”teachers. However, the training of“double-qualified”teachers in the construction of vocational college teachers still faces some problems, including insufficient practical training, content setting inconsistent with the goal, training mode is simple, assessment and incentive mechanism is not perfect, etc. Based on this, this paper starts from the background and practice of enterprise practice mobile station construction, combined with the current situation of“double-qualified”teacher training in vocational colleges. This paper probes into the training path of“double-qualified”teachers in order to provide useful reference for the training of“double-qualified”teachers.
