摘要: 食品生物技术是食品类和生物类专业的一门重要的专业课程。该文采用基于OBE(成果导向教育)理念的O-AMAS有效教学模型,通过分析课程教学实践现状、重塑教学目标、引入“传统讲授+案例教学+视听融合+分组讨论+翻转课堂”“五位一体”的多元化教学方式、优化考核体系等措施对课程开展教学改革,并将课程思政元素融入教学各环节,以实现建设“四有课堂”的最终目标。

Abstract: Food biotechnology is an important professional course for food and biology majors. This article adopts the O-AMAS effective teaching model based on the OBE concept. By analyzing the current situation of course teaching practice, reshaping teaching objectives, introducing diversified teaching methods such as“traditional teaching + case teaching + audio-visual integration + group discussion + flipped classroom”and“five in one”, optimizing the examination system, etc., the teaching reform of the course is carried out. The ideological and political elements of the course are integrated into all aspects of teaching to achieve the ultimate goal of building a“four in one classroom”.
