摘要: 该文以中国特色学徒制为主要培养形式,基于生产任务组织现场教学、工学交替强化学生实践能力,校企联合实施学徒培养和在职员工培训,共同探索形成高端装备制造领域一线人才紧缺岗位现场工程师的培养标准;培养学生高端装备制造领域的工程实践能力,使其成为具备工匠精神、精操作、懂工艺、会管理、善协作、能创新的现场工程技术人才,进而促进产教融合,缩小校企间的人才供需差距。

Abstract: This article takes the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics as the main training form, organizes on-site teaching based on production tasks, and strengthens students'practical abilities through engineering alternation. The school enterprise joint implementation of apprenticeship training and on-the-job employee training explores the formation of on-site engineer training standards for the shortage of frontline talents in the high-end equipment manufacturing field; To cultivate students'engineering practical abilities in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing, and to become on-site engineering and technical talents with craftsmanship, skilled operation, understanding of processes, management skills, good collaboration, and innovation, thereby promoting the integration of industry and education and narrowing the talent supply and demand gap between schools and enterprises.
