摘要: 随着电子技术的快速发展,社会对电子类应用型人才的需求日益增长。该文深入剖析了当前电子类专业教育在理论与实践能力培养方面存在的问题,包括课程知识体系繁杂、理论与实验教学脱节以及考核方式单一等;以太原工业学院为例,阐述了在新一轮审核评估推动下,学院为深化工程教育改革,探索具有应用型高校办学特色和人才培养特色的教学模式;详细介绍了从“多维融合”以及“启发式、互动式、探究式”教学创新等维度出发,大力强化实践能力培养的教学创新,深入解读其丰富内涵,系统梳理其实施步骤,全面展示其取得的显著成效。该文旨在为电子类应用型人才培养提供有益的参考与借鉴,推动电子类专业教育教学的改革与发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of electronic technology, the demand for electronic applied talents is increasing day by day. This paper deeply analyzes the imbalance between theory and practical ability training of electronic major education, including the complicated curriculum knowledge system, the disconnection between theory and experiment teaching and the single assessment method. Taking Taiyuan Institute of Technology as an example, this paper expounds the efforts made by the institute to deepen the reform of engineering education and explore the teaching mode with the characteristics of application-oriented colleges and universities and talents training under the promotion of a new round of audit and evaluation. Starting from the dimensions of“multi-dimensional integration”and“heuristic, interactive and inquisitive”teaching innovation, this paper introduces in detail the innovative teaching mode of vigorously strengthening the cultivation of practical ability, deeply interprets its rich connotation, systematically sorts out its implementation steps, and comprehensively demonstrates the remarkable results achieved. The aim is to provide useful reference and reference for the training of electronic applied talents, and promote the reform and development of electronic professional education and teaching.
