摘要: 高职院校人才培养模式需要适应区域经济发展需求,确保培养出符合社会需求的高素质人才。高职院校人才培养模式与区域经济发展之间是互相促进的关系:区域经济发展决定人才培养模式,人才培养模式反作用于区域经济发展。因而,高职院校人才培养模式应提升与区域经济发展的适应性:人才培养定位服务区域经济发展,培养方案契合区域经济发展,培养条件依托区域经济发展,培养实施融入区域经济发展,培养评价结合区域经济发展。

关键词: 高职院校, 人才培养, 区域经济发展, 适应性, 高质量, 模式

Abstract: The talent cultivation mode of vocational colleges needs to adapt to the needs of regional economic development and ensure the cultivation of high-quality talents that meet social demands. The talent cultivation mode of vocational colleges and regional economic development have a mutually reinforcing effect. The development of regional economy determines the mode of talent cultivation, which in turn affects the development of regional economy. Therefore, the talent training mode of vocational colleges should enhance its adaptability to regional economic development: talent training should be positioned to serve regional economic development, training programs should be in line with regional economic development, training conditions should rely on regional economic development, training implement should be integrated into regional economic development, and training evaluation should be combined with regional economic development.
