大健康视域下基于公共卫生护理理念的护理本科生创新创业教育模式探索

Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model for Undergraduate Nursing Students Based on Public Health Nursing Concept in the Perspective of Comprehensive Health

摘要: 随着大健康理念的逐步普及,护理教育的目标也在不断转变。该文旨在探讨大健康视域下如何将公共卫生护理理念融入护理本科生的创新创业教育中,以培养具备创新思维和实践能力的护理人才。该文以大健康视域为出发点,提出基于公共卫生护理理念的创新创业教育模式,旨在提升护理本科生的创新意识和实践能力。研究显示:公共卫生护理理念下的创新创业教育改革,有效提升了护理本科生的创新创业能力,为培养具备创新精神和实践能力的优秀公共卫生护理人才提供参考,体现鲜明的导向性和示范性。

Abstract: With the gradual popularization of the concept of big health, the goals of nursing education are also constantly changing. This article aims to explore how to integrate public health nursing concepts into the innovation and entrepreneurship education of nursing undergraduate students from the perspective of big health, in order to cultivate nursing talents with innovative thinking and practical abilities. This article takes the perspective of big health as the starting point and proposes an innovative entrepreneurship education model based on the concept of public health nursing, aiming to enhance the innovation awareness and practical ability of nursing undergraduate students. Research has shown that the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform under the concept of public health nursing has effectively enhanced the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of nursing undergraduate students, providing reference for cultivating excellent public health nursing talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, reflecting clear guidance and demonstration.
