摘要: 在“强师计划”背景下,数字化赋能对促进乡村教师队伍高质量发展具有重要意义。该文从推进数字化教学环境建设、构建线上线下混合培训模式、搭建网络教研协作平台、健全绩效评估与激励保障机制4个方面,探讨了数字化赋能乡村教师队伍发展的具体路径。研究表明:持续优化数字化软硬件条件、创新教师培养和教研方式、完善相关配套政策,能够有效提升乡村教师的信息素养和教学能力,为推动乡村教育高质量发展奠定坚实基础。

Abstract: Under the background of“strong teacher program”, digital empowerment is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of rural teachers. This paper discusses the specific path for the development of digitally-empowered rural teachers from four aspects: promoting the construction of digital teaching environment, constructing the mixed online and offline training mode, building the network teaching and research cooperation platform, and improving the performance evaluation and incentive guarantee mechanism. The research shows that continuous optimization of digital software and hardware conditions, innovation of teacher training and teaching research methods, and improvement of relevant supporting policies can effectively.
