Abstract: The integration of specialization and innovation is an important lever for vocational colleges to serve the national innovation strategy, and also a key task for the construction of “double high” in colleges. Deepening the integration of specialization and innovation under the perspective of the “double high plan” can promote the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents, promote the connotative development of vocational education, and help achieve the goal of building a national innovative strategic power. However, currently under the “double high plan”, vocational colleges still face some problems in deepening the integration of specialization and innovation. In the research, a systematic analysis method is used to summarize these problems, and combined with specific practical activities of vocational colleges, improvement paths are proposed from three aspects: building a virtuous educational ecosystem of “specialization and innovation integration”, establishing a “credit bank system” for innovation and entrepreneurship, and building a leading teaching team of “dual teachers and four abilities”, to provide reference significance for more vocational colleges to deepen the integration of specialization and innovation.
