摘要: 在新文科建设背景下,探讨经济类创新人才培养体系的构建,对于推动新商科建设和提升经济类人才培养质量具有重要意义。该文通过“课程筑基+平台交融+专创融合”三维经济类创新人才培养体系的构建,强调通过跨学科融合、平台建设、实践创新等促进综合能力的培养;通过对教学实践案例的分析,充分展示该培养模式在实际教学中的应用,展现其在帮助学生塑造6项能力方面的有效性,为探索经济类创新人才培养提供新思路和新路径。

Abstract: In the context of new liberal arts development, discussing the construction of an innovative economic talent training system is crucial for advancing the new business education and improving the quality of economic talent training. The construction of a three-dimensional economic innovative talent training system, based on “curriculum foundation + platform integration + specialty and creativity fusion,” emphasizes the cultivation of comprehensive abilities in interdisciplinary integration, platform construction, and practical innovation. Through the analysis of teaching practice cases, this training model’s application in actual teaching is fully demonstrated, showing its effectiveness in helping students develop six major capabilities, providing new ideas and pathways for exploring the training of innovative economic talents.
