“三融”视角下高职院校本科人才培养体系建设路径研究

摘要: 高职院校本科是现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,目的是培养高层次的技术技能人才,可以更好地适应产业转型升级和经济结构调整的要求,开展本科职业教育是职业教育在新发展阶段增强适应性的关键举措。该文基于“融通、融合、融汇”3个维度提出高职院校本科人才培养体系建设路径:要因材施教,优化人才培养目标和课程体系,推进职普融通;要守正创新,完善政、校、行、企合作机制和平台,深化产教融合;要改革创新,强化科技创新和服务能力,加快科教融汇。

Abstract: Undergraduate vocational education is an important component of modern vocational education system. Cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents can better adapt to the requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading and economic structure adjustment. Carrying out undergraduate vocational education is a key measure to enhance the adaptability of vocational education in the new development stage. This article proposes a path for the construction of undergraduate talent training system in vocational colleges based on the three dimensions of integration. Teaching should be tailored to individual needs, optimizing talent training goals and curriculum systems, and promoting vocational education integration; To uphold integrity and innovation, improve the mechanism and platform for cooperation between government, schools, and enterprises, and deepen the integration of industry and education; To reform and innovate, strengthen technological innovation and service capabilities, and accelerate the integration of science and education.
